Some Earlier Stuff You Should Read (If You Already Haven’t)

I've just returned from a busy weekend in Boston, where I attended the BSMPG conference.  It was a fabulous time from both an educational and networking perspective; my next post will review the highlights and some of my "take aways".  In the meantime, I'm putting up some stuff that I've written earlier that some of you may not have checked out yet.

Bret Contreras is a great friend and colleague who Ive gotten to know pretty well over the past 2 years.  He was kind enough to interview me for his website last winter, and I really feel he asked excellent questions which pretty much sum up my philosophy related to the physical therapy/ strength & conditioning profession.  If you haven't read the interview yet, you can can find it here .

I also wrote a few articles published for the EliteFTS website a few years ago.  Elite FTS puts up  tons of free daily content that is fantastic for strength athletes and coaches of all levels.  You can find my articles here  and here.

I  have a few tips in this month's Mens Health in the article "15 New Muscle Builders"-check it out, as the other 13 are excellent as well.
